Wholesale Printing Orlando makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Wholesale Printing Orlando disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Wholesale Printing Orlando does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Wholesale Printing Orlando are free of viruses or other harmful components. Wholesale Printing Orlando will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

PRINTING: Due to our "Gang Run" printing process, Wholesale Printing Orlando does not guarantee exact cuts, exact colors (includes darkness or brightness) on any and all print orders. We are not responsible for proof reading, fixing, or adjusting any files sent to us. It is strictly the client’s responsibility to check bleeds, fonts, and anything involved with his/her order prior to submitting their artwork for print. If you need to send a correction to your order and have already, email us thru our Contact Us page and we will do everything in our power to stop the order before it hits the presses, but there is no guarantee. In the case that your order has already been sent to print, Wholesale Printing Orlando will not refund the order or cover the cost of reprinting it. Examples of artwork errors would be: uploading incorrect artwork, not designing the background as large as the bleed, designing important information outside of the "safe" area (where it will be cut off) or using a blue, in your artwork, with a high magenta value, resulting in purple instead of the desired blue. In the Gang Run process, it's best to keep the magenta (in your blues) under 70% or it will most likely print purple. There will be no refunds for blue artwork printing purple.

Card Stock: We use bright white 12pt card stock paper to print our cards on. On some cases we will use 14pt card stock, which is a thicker card. We reserve the right to use the 14pt card stock, without notice, as we deem necessary. Under no circumstances will we go lower than 12pt card stock. If you do not get 12pt card stock, the only other type you'd get is a thicker 14pt card stock.

PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full before we begin production. We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER. Orders over $1500 must be paid with a Certified Check, Wire Transfer (best to avoid delay) or Money order written to Wholesale Printing Orlando (a DBA of JH Studios, Inc.) for the total amount. Wholesale Printing Orlando is not responsible for any unauthorized images, pictures etc used by a client placing orders with our company. The client is held 100% liable for any misuse of image licensing. We are not liable for any packages that have been lost by UPS or FedEx. There are absolutely No Refunds.
